Very many excellent points gentlemen. In fact, so far, nothing I even slightly disagree with. I’m doing my best. At. 52:31 now…. A lot of perspectives I haven’t heard about management. I have always made the argument in the Army that it was a mistake to get rid if the ranks of Specialist 5-9. The policy that if you couldn’t become a leader you had to leave the military was always a big problem for me. It seems obvious to me that there are people that are amazing workers, that are technically proficient, but are in no way cut out to be leaders.
